A very late review due to very strange times.  We booked with Adam and Adriana last year to go to Sandals in Jamaica for our joint 50th Birthday celebrations.  We have been to this resort before so knew we loved it but last time we booked through a large holiday company.  I wish we had discovered Adam and Adriana sooner!  We got such amazing personal and professional service and any questions we had were answered so quickly which made the whole booking experience completely stress-free.  You make think this level of service comes at a cost, but they even got us a better deal than the other main holiday operators!

We returned from Jamaica 11 days before the lockdown which we are so thankful for and we even got a call after we returned to check all was OK.  I can't recommend Adam and Adriana highly enough, they were superb.  Thank you again to both of you and hope to be booking again soon when we are through these strange times x

When you book a holiday you hope that everything runs smoothly and it does most the time but, what if, things go drastically wrong? Will the company you booked with go the extra mile or leave you to sort things out yourself, if you are capable of doing so?

Well Adam and Adriana certainly came up trumps for me and my partner when we missed our plane in Crete. I contacted them at about 8pm one evening advising them of the situation. They immediately sprung into action. The first thing was to get us to the UK that evening to limit our costs. They somehow managed to get us on another flight, with a different company, that evening to Bristol and arranged a National Express coach back to Gatwick. The cost for both of us was under £400 which was amazing.

There is absolutely no way that we could have organised this ourselves and I doubt if any other company could have either. Needless to say I cannot recommend Adriana and Adam enough. They are absolute stars.

We booked our family holiday to the Greek Islands with the team, couldn’t have been happier. It felt far more personalised than our experiences with other agents. Adam and Adriana were very knowledgable about different destinations and resorts, it took the stress out of choosing! Then, just to get a call from the guys in the weeks running up to, and even the day before departure felt very sincere and thoughtful, not just another client. We had a brilliant holiday and can’t wait to book again, Thank you!!

Fab company - unique, friendly, personal experience.  So far we’ve booked Disney and a New York trip with Adam and Adriana, great experience being able to physically speak to someone to help you decide accommodation, travel methods and more but still compete with ‘online prices’ highly recommend and will certainly use for all future holidays.

Adam & Adriana booked our trip to NYC for July this year, they found us the perfect package with lots of advice and help. Sadly the virus came along & after advice we cancelled, received a very prompt refund. The service from start to finish has been faultless & I’m looking forward to rebooking next year. Excellent and friendly service, extremely thorough and have shown a great deal of interest to providing us with an amazing honeymoon all the way to the finest of details such as plane seat positions on the way out to have potential views of the northern lights.  Would absolutely recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again for upcoming holidays.  Cannot thank them enough!

Whilst looking for a flight to Dubai, I got in touch with Adriana at Not Just Travel for assistance. Within the hour, I was booked and paid up for the flight that suited me with absolutely no hassle or disruption to my day at all.

A holiday is, by nature, meant to be a relaxing experience but unfortunately can be stressful organising everything from flights to hotels and all in between.

Adriana and Adam have made it so stress-free and easy that all I have to worry about is what budgy smugglers to wear by the pool as I enjoy a mojito.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Not Just Travel if you are planning a getaway.

I am writing to sincerely thank you for your help when we recently missed our flight from Crete back to Gatwick.
 
Having already had a 3 1/2 hour delay and been given vouchers for food, we missed hearing our flight and names being called, due to a terrible announcement system which appears was not audible across the whole of the airport. I advised you of the situation at around 10pm at night. Your service was simply outstanding. You
somehow managed to find us alternative flights that evening to Bristol and arranged a National Express coach from Bristol to Gatwick; all for under £300 for both of
us. We were at Gatwick by 8am the next morning which was incredible.
 
I have absolutely no doubt that we could not possibly have received such amazing service from any other travel agent.
 
Needless to say I or my partner Ali will have no hesitation in recommending your service in the future.

Having moved house last year, we missed out on a holiday with the cost and stress of the move and renovations!

For this reason we really wanted a holiday that was pure relaxation and good service.
I spoke to Adriana about where we wanted to go and gave her the dates.
She came back to me within a couple of days, at a time when I know she was going through a stressful house buying process also.

Adriana found exactly the holiday we wanted including transfers to and from the airport and at a better price than we would have got it for.
I spoke with Adriana on the phone on a Saturday and paid the deposit, she called me first thing Monday morning to say the hotel had been double booked over the weekend, but not to worry as we would have a free upgrade, just an example of her excellent service.

A couple of days later I came home to a Thonton's delivery and Adriana and Adam had sent us some chocolates and a thank you card for booking with them, this really does go above and beyond what I would have expected.

I cannot recommend Adriana enough. She is so lovely to deal with and made booking a holiday completely stress free.  I recommended Adriana to two of my friends following my experience, who are now in contact with her and I will be referring whoever I can in the future.

We are planning an oversea trip and would like to meet family whilst out there, who will be traveling from another location and for different dates. Both Adriana and Adam worked very hard to  accommodate their constantly changing requirements, which we finally resolved on Thursday night and we are all looking forward to a great holiday in October.
 
The team at Not Just Travel offer a fantastic service, which you can always rely on. We have no hesitation in recommending Adriana and Adam to everyone.
